Published: 03.01.2022 Hawe Telekom has implemented the Integrated Management System The Hawe Telekom Integrated Management System meets the requirements of three standards: ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), ISO/IEC 27001:2017 (information security management) and ISO 22301:2020 (business continuity management). The integration of the three systems is the next step of Hawe Telekom to effectively manage the company, simplify processes, use its resources, and ultimately also achieve goals and improve financial results. It is also a unique benefit for the company's customers, who will gain confidence in the high quality and continuity of services provided, including security. - Hawe Telekom has come a long way, and meeting international #standards, which will be confirmed by ISO #certificates, strengthens the company's position as a reliable and stable partner. We respond to the needs of our clients and look to the future, and the constant improvement of processes, management methods and effective monitoring will allow us to ensure business continuity and information security. We will take advantage of the synergy effect created by the implementation of the Integrated Management System, which confirms the correctness of the implementation of the development restructuring assumptions - emphasizes Paweł Paluchowski, president of the board of Hawe Telekom. The scope of certification covered the provision of telecommunications services on the basis of the existing fiber optic infrastructure, colocation of facilities elevated along with the provision of specialized network service. Compliance with the standards has been confirmed in the certification process by the ISOQAR certification company. The process of implementing the Integrated Management System at Hawe Telekom began in December 2020. The following areas were audited: management, operational and supporting the company's activities in all locations.
