About us Hawe Telekom is the first operator in Poland providing telecommunications services to other operators (carriers' carrier). Our services are aimed at operators of fixed and mobile telephone networks, cable television providers, Internet providers, and both domestic and foreign entities operating in the telecommunications industry, including all fibre-optic network operators. The Company provides services including: sale and lease of cables and optical fibres, lease of data transmission services based on the DWDM system, access to the Internet, colocation in elevated facilities located on the Hawe National Fibre-Optic Network and specialized telecommunications network servicing. It is the first and, so far, the only such comprehensive offering on the Polish interconnect market. The basis for providing the above-mentioned services is the construction of the Hawe National Fibre-Optic Network which has been ongoing since 2004, and is a strategic investment of the Company. We have completed approximately 4,000 km of the trunk line so far. The Hawe National Fibre-Optic Network consists of two tele-technical rings, each made up of three parallel-arranged HDPE cable pipes 40 mm in diameter, equipped with fibre-optic cables, forming a transmission trunk line surrounding the entire territory of Poland and largely running along its borders. The Hawe National Fibre-Optic Network is a backbone network supplemented by the infrastructure in many Polish cities, including: Warsaw, Konin, Poznań, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Szczecin, Koszalin, Słupsk, Gdańsk, Elbląg, Olsztyn, Ełk, Suwałki, Augustów, Białystok, Biała Podlaska, Lublin, Zamość, Rzeszów, Tarnów, Krakow, Katowice and Wrocław. The Hawe National Fibre-Optic Network has branches reaching the borders of: Germany - in Słubice and Kołbaskowo; Lithuania - in Ogrodniki; Belarus - in Kuźnica Białostocka and in Terespol; Ukraine - in Hrebenne and in Medyka; and the Czech Republic - in Cieszyn. Every 60-70 km throughout the entire infrastructure of the Hawe National Fibre-Optic Network, regenerators have been built, in which active devices have been installed, enabling the provision of services to smaller towns located along the entire route of our fibre-optic trunk line.
