Published: 16.01.2020 Ordinance of the Council of Ministers Hawe Telekom on the list of companies subject to state protection. From 1 January 2020, on the basis of the Ordinance of the Council of Ministers of 23 December 2019 on the list of protected entities and their competent control authorities, HAWE Telekom has been included in the latest list of companies subject to state protection. The list is established by the Council of Ministers pursuant to the Act on the Control of Certain Investments. In addition to HAWE Telekom, the list of entities covered by the Ordinance includes the following companies: EmiTel, Grupa Azoty, innogy Stoen Operator, KGHM Polska Miedź, PKN Orlen, PKP Energetyka, Tauron Polska Energia and TK Telekom.
